INTERSPARK Limited was initially founded when Irish brothers Aishan and Anish Patil were in their fourth year of medical training at their respective undergraduate colleges. With the guidance of experienced external mentor Turlough Rafferty, their focus centered around providing high-quality career counseling, promoting health and well-being, delivering medical updates and innovation, and fostering environmental sustainability. The primary target audience was school-leavers aspiring to pursue careers in medicine.
Their range of services included personalized one-on-one and group career advice sessions, assistance with application writing, interview and examination techniques, as well as mentoring throughout the students' academic journey, aiding in decision-making processes. They also facilitated connections with local tutors to enhance students' success, offered feedback on academic progression, and provided guidance in personal development. Additionally, they assisted with finding suitable accommodations and supported non-EU students in visa applications. In recognition of their dedication, INTERSPARK Limited was honoured with the Healthcare Career Development Innovation Award in 2020, presented by Global Health & Pharma.
Following their graduation in 2018, Anish and Aishan began their careers as NHS doctors in the United Kingdom. In 2023, despite their ventures abroad, INTERSPARK Limited re-emerged in the Republic of Ireland, firmly maintaining their ties to their home country.
